Current use of cookies

Under the website’s current configuration, SABOA does not use analytics, behavioural advertising or commercial tracking cookies through its own code.

The website may use only technical resources that are strictly necessary for security, operation, form submission or load balancing. These resources are not used to create commercial profiles.

The hosting or infrastructure provider may set strictly necessary technical elements. The actual production configuration must be reviewed periodically to ensure that this information remains accurate.

Third-party cookies

The forms use technology services such as Resend to deliver requests to SABOA. Email may subsequently be managed through Google Workspace.

Mentioning these providers does not mean that they install cookies in the browser. Before any new external service is published or integrated, it must be checked to determine whether it sets cookies or activates tracking technologies.

Consent

As long as the website does not set non-essential cookies or use non-essential tracking technologies, a cookie-consent banner is not required.

If analytics, advertising, tracking tools, maps, embedded videos or other services using non-essential cookies are added in the future:

• clear information must be provided;
• they must not load before consent;
• rejecting must be as easy as accepting;
• users must be able to withdraw or change their consent;
• this policy must be updated with the specific cookies, purposes, providers and retention periods.

You can view, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary resources may affect the operation of the website.

Changes to this policy

SABOA may update this policy when the website configuration, services used or applicable law change. The version published on the website at any given time will be the version in force.
